This course provides delegates with a further understanding of ISO/IEC 20000, the International Standard for IT Service Management more commonly known as ISO 20000, and the associated Certification process. This accredited course also prepares delegates for the industry-recognised APMG ISO 20000 Practitioner Certificate.

Who Should Attend Our ISO 20000 Practitioner Training Course?
The course is aimed at experienced IT Service Management practitioners whose roles and responsibilities include preparing internal and/or external organisations for the adoption of ISO 20000. Typical roles will also be consultant or project manager. A separate ISO 20000 for Auditors course addresses the needs of external and internal auditors. The pre-requisite for this course is the ISO 20000 Foundation Certificate.
The ISO 20000 Practitioner Qualification
The qualification is based on a 3-hour, open book (part 1 of the Standard only), multiple choice examination comprising 80 questions lasting 150 minutes. The passing score is 50%. Some students may be entitled to additional time – your course director can give more details if required. Successful delegates will be awarded the ISO 20000 Practitioner Certificate.
